Our Staff
Senior Pastor
Mike Donald has faithfully served as the Senior Pastor of Pathway since 1995. He and his wife, Drusilla (Dru), have two children and eight grandchildren, who are a special part of their lives.
Outside of ministry, Mike enjoys sushi, coffee, spending time with dogs, reading, traveling, and—most of all—making memories with his grandkids.
Children's Pastor
Brad Knight serves as the Children’s Pastor at Pathway. He studied at Mid-Continent University and the University of the Cumberlands. Brad and his wife, Cady, have three children: Nora, Toby, and Ellis.
Outside of ministry, Brad enjoys cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and Kentucky basketball, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Worship Leader
Mark Donohoo serves as the Worship Leader at Pathway. He and his wife, Scherri, live in Calvert City and are blessed with three children and seven grandchildren.
Outside of his ministry at Pathway, Mark is an electrical engineer and one of the owners of Apex Engineering in Calvert City. He brings his gifts, experience, and passion for worship to help lead our church in glorifying God through music.
