A Place That Has Always Pointed the Way
For thirty years, Pathway Baptist Church has been a light in Calvert City. Families have found hope here. Children have heard the gospel for the first time here. Marriages have been restored and lives have been changed.
That work is still happening. And it is growing.
Pathway's Beacon Project is our next step of faith — a new worship center and education building designed to make room for the families, children and neighbors we believe God is still sending our way.
A beacon guides people home. That is who we want to be for this community for years to come.
What We Are Building
A new sanctuary with seating for 500 people and room to expand with a future balcony for 200 more
An education building equipped to serve a congregation of 500 to 600 with a second floor available for future growth
A warm lobby and fellowship space where people can connect before they ever reach the sanctuary
An enclosed hallway linking every building on campus so the whole church feels like one place
A new parking lot to make room for the people we believe are still coming
The project is designed to be built in phases, with the education building coming first to meet our most pressing needs today.
Why This Matters Right Now
Every Wednesday night, buses run routes across Calvert City to bring children to Awana. Our Sunday services are full. Our classrooms are stretched.
We are not building because it is comfortable. We are building because we believe the best days of this church are still ahead.
We refuse to let a lack of space become a reason to slow down what God is doing.
Be Part of It
Every gift to Pathway's Beacon Project is an investment in someone you may never meet. A child who will hear the gospel in a classroom that does not yet exist. A family who will find their way home through doors we have not yet built.
Would you pray about being part of this? Every gift moves us closer.
